when I get to the desk to talk to the person about my...
when I get to the desk to talk to the person about my reservation they were all rude. Never smile, they seemed to me that they hated their job. At one point , I was explaining the girl something about my reservation and she interrupted me so rude. I have to tell her just listen what I had to say!!! When we got to our room the lady was still cleaning the room, the smell of bleach was so strong, she did offer to pass the mop again to get rid of the smell but at that point I was too tired to put up with the rude staff downstairs .

The Continental is a conveniently located, welcoming hotel.
We have been staying at the Continental for over ten years and will continue to stay there mainly because of the friendly staff. The included breakfast is excellent. Continental is undergoing a major renovation.

Wonderful family oriented place.
The room was really comfortable, looked very clean everyday after the maids cleaned, The WiFi was terrible in the rooms, absolutely only thing I had problems with.
WiFi in room was terrible.
